ASX Announcement
19 November 2025
Chairman’s Address to 2025 Annual General Meeting
Sydney, Australia – 19 November 2025: OncoSil Medical Limited (ASX: OSL) (“OncoSil Medical” or “the
Company”), a medical device company focused on localised treatments for patients with unresectable locally
advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC), is pleased to provide the Chairman’s address to today’s Annual General
Meeting to be held at K&L Gates Level 25, 525 Collins Street, Melbourne.
Chairman’s Address
Good morning everyone.
On behalf of the entire Board of OncoSil Medical Limited, it is my pleasure to welcome our Shareholders to
the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended 30 June 2025 (FY25).
The AGM is always a key event in our corporate calendar. It provides an opportunity for your Board to
highlight OncoSil Medical’s achievements over the past year and update Shareholders on the Company’s
future plans. Importantly, the AGM also gives you, our Shareholders, the opportunity to ask questions of your
Board about OncoSil Medical’s recent and future performance.
It is my pleasure to deliver my first Chairman’s Address to the 2025 AGM of OncoSil Medical. I am honoured
to have joined the Board in July 2025 firstly as a Non-Executive Director, and since 1 October 2025 as your
Chairman. Our mission is clear at OncoSil. We aim to expand access to a differentiated, targeted radiation
option for patients with pancreatic cancer, a disease which continues to have one of the lowest survival rates
of any major oncology indication. We are really at the early stages of our journey, with significant upside
potential to grow the number of treatments we sell over time through existing market penetration and new
market access.
FY25 was an important year for OncoSil Medical. It was a period characterised by significant regulatory
progress, strengthening of our clinical position, targeted commercial expansion, and critical steps taken to
strengthen the Company’s capital position. Together, these achievements form a strong platform as we move
into FY26 and advance towards broader commercial adoption.
A key highlight of the year was the approval from German Federal Joint Committee (G-BA) for a fully funded
clinical trial in Germany. The G-BA is Germany’s highest decision-making body for healthcare reimbursement,
and this approval and successful completion of the clinical trial will broaden access for the OncoSil™ device
across the German public hospital system. A successful completion of the clinical trial paves the way for
further reimbursement negotiations in other EU member states and beyond, as the G-BA decision is often
referenced by peer health systems. It also serves to further validate the clinical strength of our data and
positions the OncoSil™ device as a credible and scalable cancer therapy option in one of the world’s most

advanced healthcare environments. We expect to commence the clinical trial under the G-BA in the first half
of calendar year 2026 and hence the commencement of meaningful revenues. We appreciate investors
patience with this initiative, which has taken longer than expected, however it will mean a significant step up
in treatments, which will be reimbursed at a full commercial rate for OncoSil. The commencement of the G-
BA clinical trial will further serve as a platform to increase commercial treatments at participating clinical trial
centres.
In parallel during the year, we saw a sharp increase in German hospital applications for NUB approvals, which
rose by over 40% year-on-year. NUB is a hospital-led process to secure temporary, hospital-specific extra
reimbursement for new inpatient treatments. It provides the basis by which hospitals may negotiate with
German statutory health insurance organisations reimbursement for the clinical treatment of patients. This
approval serves to unlock access to funding in Europe’s largest market. Our first commercial sale in Germany
was recorded in October.
A second key highlight of the year was the successful achievement of Medical Device Regulation (MDR)
certification for the OncoSil™ device, granted in late January 2025 by our EU Notified Body, the British
Standards Institute or BSI. MDR approval removes prior post-market restrictions and significantly streamlines
treatment initiation in both the EU and the UK. It shortens sales cycles, reduces administrative friction for
hospitals, and importantly strengthens our ability to scale in major European markets.
This regulatory success represents years of disciplined investment in quality systems, manufacturing, and
clinical validation, and the entire OncoSil Medical team should be commended for their commitment to
delivering this outcome.
Our global clinical footprint continued to deepen throughout FY25.
At Digestive Disease Week 2025 in San Diego, investigators from the Royal Adelaide Hospital presented a
comparative study showing superior outcomes for OncoSil™ relative to stereotactic body radiation therapy
(SBRT). The analysis demonstrated improved median overall survival—22 months compared with 14 months
for SBRT—extended progression-free survival, and a favourable safety profile. This independent analysis,
delivered at a major global gastro-oncology congress, adds considerably to the emerging evidence base
supporting our technology.
By the end of June 2025, the PANCOSIL and TRIPP-FFX clinical trials reached 95% and 99% recruitment
respectively, with both studies fully recruited in July 2025. These trials are central components of our long-
term evidence strategy, and the Board was highly encouraged by the pace of enrolment and investigator
engagement globally.
In the case of PANCOSIL, in September 2025 we reported that OncoSil therapy is safe and feasible to deliver
by CT-guided percutaneous administration. The PANCOSIL trial results were presented by Dr. Danielle Vos
from Amsterdam University Medical Center at the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of
Europe (CIRSE) 2025 Congress, in Barcelona, Spain. Preliminary Median overall survival from diagnosis was
20.6 months, comparing favourably with LAPC survival rates of approximately 13 months.

We undertook several capital raises during FY25 totalling more than $14 million, and as at 30 September
2025, being the most recent quarter, held $5.9 million in cash and cash equivalents. We thank all investors
for their support in those capital raises, which allows the company to continue to invest capital in the areas
of clinical trials, market development, and regulatory engagement. In addition, the Company received a $1.1
million R&D tax incentive during the third quarter of FY2025, which further strengthened our capital base
and supported ongoing investment in clinical research and device innovation. We anticipate a $1.8 million
R&D tax incentive for the FY25 period to be received prior to the end of the calendar year or early in 2026.
In June 2025 Shareholders approved a 1-for-400 consolidation of the Company’s issued capital. This
important step simplifies our register, improves comparability with sector peers, and positions the Company
for stronger engagement with both domestic and international investors.
The Board continued to evolve to ensure we maintain the right blend of governance, commercial expertise,
and industry knowledge as we scale. In January 2025, we welcomed Ms Lel Smits as a Non-Executive Director.
Ms Smits brings deep experience in corporate communications, governance, and strategic engagement
developed through advising over 500 ASX-listed companies. I have already mentioned my appointment to
the Board.
We thank our previous Non-Executive Director Dr Gabriel Liberatore for his contribution to OncoSil along
with Douglas Cubbin who is retiring from the Board following today’s meeting. On behalf of all Shareholders,
we extend our sincere thanks to them both for their strategic insights, governance and dedicated service.
On behalf of the Board, I thank our Shareholders for their ongoing support and belief in our mission. I also
acknowledge the dedication of our staff, clinicians, trial investigators, and commercial partners worldwide.
Their commitment is central to everything we have achieved this year.
OncoSil Medical’s purpose is clear—to make a meaningful impact for patients with pancreatic cancer. With
your support, we are executing with focus and discipline to ensure the OncoSil™ device becomes an
important part of the global therapeutic landscape.
Thank you.
Dr Thomas Duthy

About OncoSil Medical
OncoSil Medical (ASX:OSL) is a global medical device company focused on Interventional Oncology. OncoSil Medical’s mission is to
improve the outcomes for people living with cancer by utilizing the selected and targeted intratumoural placement of Phosphorous-32
(32P) Microparticles in addition to chemotherapy.
OncoSil Medical has developed OncoSil™ device for the treatment of unresectable locally advanced pancreatic cancer. Its targeted
approach enables healthcare professionals to deliver a greater radiation dose directly into the tumour compared to external beam
radiotherapy, while sparing surrounding critical organs.
Pancreatic cancer is the 12th most common cancer in men and the 11th most common cancer in women across the globe, with 500,000
new cases detected every year1. Since pancreatic cancer is generally diagnosed at a later stage, it has a poor prognosis for long-term
survival.
OncoSil™ has received CE Marking approval, providing marketing authorisation in both the EU and the UK. OncoSil™ is designated as a
breakthrough device in both Europe and the United States. It is currently approved for sale in 30+ countries including European Union,
United Kingdom, Turkey and Israel, with commercial treatments using the device already undertaken in Spain, Italy, Austria, Greece,
Turkey, and Israel.
