Sydney, Australia – 30 July 2026: OncoSil Medical Limited (ASX: OSL) ("OncoSil Medical" or "the Company"), a
medical device company focused on localised treatments for patients with unresectable locally advanced
pancreatic cancer (LAPC), is pleased to announce its Appendix 4C cash flow report for the quarter ended 30
June 2026 (Q4 FY26), along with the following financial and operational update.
OncoSil Medical CEO & Managing Director Nigel Lange, said:
“This quarter represents one of the most significant periods in OncoSil Medical's history, with major clinical,
regulatory and scientific achievements that continue to strengthen our long-term growth outlook.
During the quarter, the Company's centre footprint growth was affected by a delay to the commencement of
the G-BA clinical trial in Germany, now anticipated to begin later in calendar year 2026, within FY27. Germany
benefits from a central ethics approval process for the study, with individual site activations expected to occur
on a staggered basis. OncoSil continues to expand its treatment centre network globally and expects to
approach approximately 50 active centres across all markets by the end of calendar year 2026.
During the quarter, we achieved a number of transformational milestones that significantly strengthened our
competitive position. The positive TRIPP-FFX study results, including the successful achievement of both co-
primary endpoints, provide a clear pathway to expanding the OncoSil™ label to include FOLFIRINOX, the current
standard-of-care chemotherapy regimen for patients with unresectable locally advanced pancreatic cancer. In
addition, we advanced our U.S. Humanitarian Device Exemption application to the final stage of FDA review,

received TGA approval to commercialise the OncoSil™ device in Australia, and further streamlined commercial
access in Italy through important ethics and procurement approvals.
Our growing body of clinical evidence also received significant international recognition during the quarter
through presentations at ESMO GI, ASCO and ESGE, together with new peer-reviewed publications supporting
the safety, efficacy and targeted mechanism of action of the OncoSil™ device. These achievements continue to
strengthen physician confidence, support broader commercial adoption, and reinforce our conviction that the
OncoSil™ device is well positioned to become an increasingly important treatment option for patients with
pancreatic cancer.
With multiple regulatory, clinical and commercial catalysts ahead, we believe OncoSil Medical is exceptionally
well positioned to continue delivering sustainable growth and creating long-term value for shareholders
through FY27.”
Strong sales growth reflects increasing commercial adoption
OncoSil Medical delivered another year of strong commercial growth, with unit sales increasing 53% and
revenue growing 44% in FY26 compared with FY25. The growth reflects increasing adoption of the OncoSil™
device across key European markets, driven by expanding utilisation at existing treatment centres, the addition
of new commercial sites, and growing physician confidence supported by the Company's expanding clinical
evidence and regulatory achievements.
For investors, the strong growth in both unit sales and revenue demonstrates that OncoSil Medical is
successfully converting its clinical and regulatory progress into commercial performance. With multiple growth
catalysts now in place, including expanded market access, regulatory approvals, strengthened clinical
evidence, improved reimbursement and procurement pathways, and increasing physician adoption—the
Company is well positioned to build on this momentum and continue delivering sustainable revenue growth
across existing and new markets.
Positive TRIPP-FFX results and ESMO GI presentation mark key growth milestones
OncoSil Medical achieved a significant clinical milestone during the quarter with the TRIPP-FFX trial meeting
both co-primary endpoints of safety/tolerability and 16-week local disease control in patients with
unresectable locally advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC). The study demonstrated that adding OncoSil™ to
standard-of-care FOLFIRINOX chemotherapy delivered an 82.2% local disease control rate and median overall
survival of 18.3 months, while maintaining a manageable safety profile. These positive results support the
Company's planned regulatory submission to expand the European and UK product label to include
FOLFIRINOX, aligning OncoSil™ with current treatment practice and potentially broadening its commercial
opportunity.
For investors, the TRIPP-FFX results represent a major value inflection point. As the first prospective
randomised study evaluating OncoSil™ alongside FOLFIRINOX, the data substantially strengthens the clinical

evidence supporting adoption of the technology. Subject to regulatory approval, label expansion is expected
to simplify physician referral pathways, increase patient eligibility and support broader commercial uptake
across key European markets, reinforcing the Company's growth strategy.
Further validating the significance of these results, the TRIPP-FFX study was selected for a Rapid Oral
Presentation at ESMO GI 2026, one of the world's leading gastrointestinal oncology congresses. The study was
presented on 4 July 2026 by Professor Michele Milella, Professor of Medical Oncology at the University of
Verona, Italy, and Principal Investigator of the TRIPP-FFX trial. The presentation provides a high-profile
platform to showcase the clinical data to leading gastrointestinal cancer specialists, researchers and potential
strategic partners. This prestigious selection reinforces the scientific significance of the study, enhances
OncoSil Medical's global clinical profile, and supports the Company's ongoing regulatory and commercial
objectives, representing another important catalyst for long-term shareholder value.
FDA HDE application advances to final review stage
OncoSil Medical achieved another significant regulatory milestone during the quarter, with the U.S. Food and
Drug Administration (FDA) confirming that all outstanding questions relating to the Company's Humanitarian
Device Exemption (HDE) application for the treatment of distal cholangiocarcinoma (dCCA) had been
satisfactorily addressed. The application advanced to the final stage of FDA review, with only final device
labelling and any post-market study updates required before a potential approval decision. The Company
subsequently submitted its final HDE package to the FDA on 2 July 2026, commencing the FDA's targeted 45-
day review period and bringing OncoSil™ to the final step before potential U.S. approval.
For investors, this represents a major regulatory inflection point and the most advanced stage reached in
OncoSil Medical's U.S. regulatory program. HDE approval would enable the Company to commercialise
OncoSil™ in the United States for the treatment of dCCA, a rare cancer with limited treatment options and
significant unmet clinical need. Successful entry into the U.S. market would provide an important new
commercial opportunity, diversify future revenue streams, and further validate the Company's regulatory and
clinical strategy.
TGA approval opens Australian commercial opportunity
The Company secured a key domestic regulatory approval during the quarter, receiving Therapeutic Goods
Administration (TGA) approval for the OncoSil™ device for the treatment of unresectable LAPC in addition to
gemcitabine-based chemotherapy. The approval, which includes listing on the Australian Register of
Therapeutic Goods (ARTG), enables commercialisation of OncoSil™ in Australia and makes it the first and only
TGA-approved Class III medical device targeting tumours directly within the pancreas. This milestone validates
the Company's clinical and regulatory program while providing Australian clinicians and patients with access
to a novel treatment option for a disease with significant unmet medical need.
In Australia, an estimated 30% of the approximately 4,353 patients diagnosed with pancreatic cancer each year
present with locally advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC)¹, representing an addressable population of

approximately 1,300 patients per annum once fully reimbursed. TGA approval establishes a new commercial
market in Australia and validates the Company's regulatory strategy in this jurisdiction. The approval is
expected to support broader physician adoption and strengthen the growing body of clinical evidence
supporting OncoSil™. The expected completion of the Company's new manufacturing facility in Macquarie
Park, Sydney, developed in partnership with Cyclotek, will also strengthen domestic production capability and
global supply chain capacity as commercial operations continue to scale.
Real-world clinical data presented at ESGE and ASCO supports OncoSil™ adoption
OncoSil Medical expanded its clinical evidence base during the quarter through presentations at two of the
world's leading international medical congresses. Interim results from the OSPREY Registry were presented by
Dr Enrique Vázquez-Sequeiros of University Hospital Ramón y Cajal, Madrid, Spain, at ESGE Days 2026
(European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Days), demonstrating a strong safety profile, 91.4% local
disease control in first-line patients, median overall survival of 20.6–22.0 months, and successful downstaging
to surgery in selected patients treated in routine clinical practice across Europe. The Spanish multi-centre
clinical experience was also presented by Dr Carmen Guillen-Ponce of Hospital Universitario Ramón y Cajal,
Madrid, Spain, at the ASCO Annual Meeting 2026 (American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Meeting) on
30 May 2026, highlighting favourable safety outcomes, encouraging survival and the potential for conversion
to curative surgery in patients initially considered unresectable.
These presentations provide important independent validation of OncoSil™ in real-world clinical practice and
reinforce the growing body of evidence supporting broader physician adoption. The OSPREY Registry
demonstrated outcomes that compare favourably with historical benchmarks for chemotherapy alone, while
the Spanish experience further highlighted the potential for OncoSil™ to increase surgical eligibility in patients
with unresectable disease. Supporting these findings, a peer-reviewed case report published in Cureus
described a patient who remained disease-free 50 months after diagnosis following treatment with OncoSil™
and chemotherapy, demonstrating the long-term clinical potential of the therapy. Together, these
independent datasets strengthen the Company's clinical credibility, support future regulatory and commercial
initiatives, and reinforce confidence in the long-term adoption of the OncoSil™ device.
Peer-reviewed study validates localised mechanism of action of OncoSil™
OncoSil Medical further strengthened the scientific evidence supporting its technology during the quarter with
the publication of new peer-reviewed histopathological findings in Pathology International. The study,
conducted by investigators from the Royal Adelaide Hospital and the University of Adelaide, provides the first
pathological evidence demonstrating that implanted OncoSil™ microparticles remain confined within tumour
tissue following implantation in patients with unresectable locally advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC). The
findings support the device's highly localised mechanism of action, with no evidence of microparticle migration
to surrounding healthy tissue or organs, further enhancing its targeted therapeutic approach. Researchers also
concluded that the findings may help optimise future dosing and implantation strategies, supporting continued
product development and enhancing confidence in the Company's clinical and regulatory strategy.

Italian ethics approval streamlines commercial rollout
OncoSil Medical strengthened its commercial pathway in Italy during the quarter after receiving central ethics
committee approval for the OSPRItaly post-market patient registry. The updated classification of the registry
as an observational clinical registry enables participating hospitals to purchase the OncoSil™ device directly
through a simplified negotiated procurement process, removing the need for separate ethics approvals at
individual sites. The approval also formally recognises reimbursement for the standardised OncoSil™
implantation procedure within Italy's legal and regulatory framework, significantly reducing barriers to
commercial adoption.
This represents an important commercial milestone in one of Europe's largest pancreatic cancer markets, with
more than 16,000 new cases diagnosed annually. The streamlined procurement framework is expected to
accelerate onboarding of new treatment centres, with the Company targeting an increase from four to eight
authorised hospitals during 1H FY27, materially expanding its treatment network and supporting increased
adoption of the OncoSil™ device. The approval also reflects growing real-world clinical acceptance, with
OncoSil™ increasingly being incorporated into routine clinical practice across Italy.
Finance update
The Appendix 4C Quarterly Cash Flow report for the June 2026 quarter is attached to this announcement.
During the quarter ended 30 June 2026, OncoSil Medical continued to maintain disciplined financial
management while advancing its commercialisation and clinical objectives.
The Company had $6.5 million in cash and cash equivalents as at 30 June 2026, decreasing by $2.8 million from
$9.3 million at 31 March 2026.
The Company received customer receipts of $0.4 million during the quarter, bringing total customer receipts
for the financial year to $2.1 million, an increase of 179% compared with the prior corresponding period.
Research and development payments decreased by $0.2 million from the prior quarter to $0.8 million,
primarily due to the close-out phase of the TRIPP-FFX and PANCOSIL trials. The Company currently expects
research and development cash outflows to remain at a similar level over the next quarter as trial activities are
completed; however, following this period, outflows are expected to decline from the second quarter of FY27.
The Company continues to carefully manage its cost base while prioritising investment in:
• Sales growth in key existing markets to include Spain, Germany, Italy, Greece and Israel
• Regulatory approvals related to label expansion for additional chemotherapy and percutaneous
application
• Completion of a purpose-built manufacturing facility to increase product gross margins and scale
• Commercial expansion in key territories
Management remains focused on aligning expenditure with strategic milestones and revenue generation
opportunities.

About OncoSil Medical
OncoSil Medical (ASX:OSL) is a global medical device company focused on Interventional Oncology. OncoSil Medical’s mission is to
improve the outcomes for people living with cancer by utilizing the selected and targeted intratumoural placement of Phosphorous-32
(³²P) Microparticles in addition to chemotherapy.
OncoSil Medical has developed OncoSil™ device for the treatment of unresectable locally advanced pancreatic cancer. Its targeted
approach enables healthcare professionals to deliver a greater radiation dose directly into the tumour compared to external beam
radiotherapy, while sparing surrounding critical organs.
Pancreatic cancer is the 12th most common cancer in men and the 11th most common cancer in women across the globe, with 500,000
new cases detected every year1. Since pancreatic cancer is generally diagnosed at a later stage, it has a poor prognosis for long-term
survival.
