OncoSil™ Clinical Data to be Presented at EANM 2026
Key highlights
• Initial outcomes from the OSPREY Registry have been selected for an oral presentation at the EANM
2026, to be held in Vienna, Austria from 17–21 October 2026.
• The OSPREY Registry abstract reports real-world outcomes from 64 patients with unresectable locally
advanced pancreatic cancer (uLAPC) across 19 centres in Spain, Italy, Greece and Austria, treated with
EUS-guided OncoSil™ device in addition to gemcitabine-based chemotherapy.
• The OSPREY data reported no Grade 3 or higher or serious adverse device effects, no acute
complications, no pancreatitis and no hospital admissions, with local disease control at 12 weeks of
91.4% in first-line patients and 77.8% in second-line patients. Seven patients subsequently underwent
surgical resection.
• Three additional scientific abstracts have been accepted as e-posters, including encouraging early
clinical experience OncoSil™ device from Türkiye where five of seven pancreatic cancer patients
subsequently underwent surgical resection following treatment.
Sydney, Australia – 30 September 2026: OncoSil Medical Limited (ASX: OSL) (“OncoSil Medical” or “the
Company”), a medical device company focused on localised treatments for patients with unresectable locally
advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC), is pleased to announce that new clinical and scientific data relating to the
OncoSil™ device will be presented at the Annual Congress of the European Association of Nuclear Medicine
(EANM 2026), being held in Vienna, Austria from 17–21 October 2026.
Initial outcomes from the OSPREY Registry, the Company’s ongoing post-market, multi-centre, observational
prospective registry, have been selected for an oral presentation at EANM 2026 on 20 October 2026, to be
presented by Dr S. Prado Wohlwend of Hospital Universitario y Politécnico La Fe, Valencia, Spain. The abstract,
titled “Initial Outcomes from the OSPREY Registry of Patients with Unresectable Locally Advanced Pancreatic
Cancer Treated with EUS-Guided Phosphorus-32 Microparticles plus Gemcitabine-Based Chemotherapy in
Routine Clinical Practice”. Abstract number: OP-619
The initial OSPREY Registry results reported a favourable safety profile and encouraging clinical outcomes in
routine clinical practice. Among 64 patients enrolled across 19 European centres, there were no Grade 3 or
higher or serious adverse device effects, no acute complications, no pancreatitis and no hospital admissions
related to treatment. Local disease control at 12 weeks post-implant was 91.4% in first-line patients and 77.8%
in second-line patients, and seven patients subsequently underwent surgical resection, five achieving R0

margins (complete removal of tumour).
Median Overall Survival was 20.6 months (95% CI 16.9-20.1) from diagnosis in patients implanted ≤4 months
from starting 1st-line chemotherapy and 22.0 months (95% CI 17.2-22.7) from diagnosis in patients implanted
4-12 months from starting 1st-line chemotherapy.
The authors concluded that EUS-guided implantation of OncoSil™ in combination with chemotherapy was safe
and well tolerated and appeared to provide local disease control, downstaging to surgical resection in a
proportion of patients and encouraging survival.
Additional OncoSil™ and Phosphorus (P)-32 (32
P) research at EANM 2026
In addition to the OSPREY oral presentation, a second abstract relevant the OncoSil™ device has been accepted
as an e-poster at EANM 2026.
EP-0952 – Initial Experience with Intratumoral Phosphorus-32 Microparticle Injection in Pancreatic
Adenocarcinoma
Researchers from Bilkent City Hospital in Ankara, Türkiye report their early clinical experience in seven patients
with pancreatic adenocarcinoma who underwent EUS-guided intratumoral P-32 microparticle injection (i.e.
OncoSil™ device) in combination with FOLFIRINOX-based neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Treatment was
technically feasible in all seven patients, with no treatment-limiting toxicity or treatment-related adverse
events reported. Five of the seven patients (71%) subsequently underwent surgical resection, and at a median
follow-up of 11 months all seven patients were alive, with median overall and progression-free survival not
reached.
The authors concluded that the preliminary single-centre experience demonstrated the feasibility and
tolerability of OncoSil™ treatment in combination with neoadjuvant chemotherapy, while noting that the small
sample size precludes definitive conclusions regarding oncological efficacy.
Collectively, the presentations at EANM 2026 provide an important opportunity to increase awareness of the
OncoSil™ device among the international nuclear medicine community and to broaden the clinical and
scientific evidence supporting its use. The OSPREY Registry adds growing real-world clinical data across
multiple European centres, while the additional abstracts provide complementary clinical experience and
research into quantitative imaging and dosimetry. Together, this expanding body of evidence supports greater
scientific engagement with the OncoSil™ device and its potential role within the multidisciplinary treatment of
pancreatic cancer.
Nigel Lange, CEO & Managing Director of OncoSil Medical, said:
“The selection of the OSPREY Registry data for oral presentation at EANM 2026 is an important recognition of
the growing clinical evidence supporting OncoSil™ in the treatment of unresectable locally advanced pancreatic
cancer. These initial real-world results are particularly encouraging, demonstrating a favourable safety profile,
high levels of local disease control and surgical resection in a proportion of patients across multiple European
centres.

We are also pleased to see a broader body of independent research into 32
P microparticle therapy and
associated imaging technologies being presented at EANM. Together, these studies reflect increasing scientific
and clinical interest in the potential role of targeted 32
P therapy and the technologies that can support its use.”

About OncoSil Medical
OncoSil Medical (ASX) is a global medical device company focused on Interventional Oncology, with a mission to improve outcomes for
people living with cancer. The company has developed OncoSil™, a single-use brachytherapy (internal radiation) device that delivers a
pre-determined dose of beta radiation directly into cancerous tissue using targeted intratumoural placement of Phosphorous-32 (³²P)
Microparticles. Its targeted approach enables a greater radiation dose to be delivered directly to the tumour while limiting exposure
to surrounding critical organs.
In the United States, OncoSil™ is indicated for the treatment of patients with distal cholangiocarcinoma (dCCA) that is both unresectable
(locally advanced and/or unfit for surgery) and non-metastatic, as an adjunct to systemic therapy. In markets outside the United States
where OncoSil™ has received regulatory approval, OncoSil™ is indicated for the treatment of patients with unresectable locally
advanced pancreatic cancer, in addition to gemcitabine-based chemotherapy.
Pancreatic cancer is the 12th most common cancer in men and the 11th most common cancer in women across the globe, with 500,000
new cases detected every year1. Since pancreatic cancer is generally diagnosed at a later stage, it has a poor prognosis for long-term
survival. Distal cholangiocarcinoma (dCCA) is a rare form of bile duct cancer. It is often diagnosed at an advanced stage, when surgical
treatment may no longer be possible, and is associated with a poor prognosis.
OncoSil™ has received CE Marking approval, providing marketing authorisation in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
OncoSil™ has also received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under a Humanitarian Device Exemption (HDE)
for the treatment of patients with unresectable, non-metastatic distal cholangiocarcinoma (dCCA), as an adjunct to systemic therapy.
OncoSil™ has been designated as a Breakthrough Device in Europe and the United States. It is currently approved for sale in 30+
countries, including the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye and Israel, with commercial
treatments using the device already undertaken in Spain, Italy, Austria, Germany, Greece, Türkiye, Portugal, Israel and the UK.
