Updated OSPREY Registry Clinical Results Presented at EANM 2026
Key highlights
• Updated clinical results from the OSPREY Registry were presented on 20 October 2026 at the
European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) Annual Congress 2026, held in Vienna, Austria.
• The updated OSPREY analysis included 88 patients across 19 centres in Spain, Italy, Greece and
Austria, representing an increase from the 64 patients reported in the initial abstract.
• Median Overall Survival was 19.8 months (95% CI 16.6-21.9) from diagnosis in patients implanted
≤4 months from starting 1st-line chemotherapy and 25.1 months (95% CI 16.8-29.8) from diagnosis
in patients implanted 4-12 months from starting 1st-line chemotherapy.
• The updated results demonstrated a favourable safety profile, with no Grade 3 or higher or serious
adverse device effects reported.
• Encouraging local disease control was observed at 12 weeks following implantation, including 88.6%
in patients treated <4 months of starting first-line chemotherapy and 100% in those treated between
4-12 months after starting first-line chemotherapy.
• Ten patients subsequently underwent surgical resection with curative intent, including eight
patients who achieved R0 (clear margin) resections, highlighting the potential for downstaging to
surgery in a proportion of patients.
Sydney, Australia – 21 October 2026: OncoSil Medical Limited (ASX: OSL) (“OncoSil Medical” or “the
Company”), a medical device company focused on localised treatments for patients with unresectable locally
advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC) and distal cholangiocarcinoma (dCCA), is pleased to announce that updated
clinical results from its ongoing OSPREY Registry were presented on 20 October 2026 at the Annual Congress
of the European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM 2026), held in Vienna, Austria from 17–21 October
2026.
The updated OSPREY Registry results were presented by Dr Stefan Prado Wohlwend from Hospital
Universitario La Fe, Valencia, Spain, on behalf of the OSPREY Registry investigators.
The oral presentation, titled “Initial Outcomes from the OSPREY Registry of Patients with Unresectable Locally
Advanced Pancreatic Cancer Treated with EUS-Guided Phosphorus-32 Microparticles plus Gemcitabine-Based
Chemotherapy in Routine Clinical Practice”, provided an updated analysis of patients treated with the OncoSil™
device in routine clinical practice.

Real-world clinical evidence is particularly valuable as it provides insight into how OncoSil™ performs in routine
clinical practice, across different treatment centres and patient populations outside the controlled setting of
clinical trials. These findings complement evidence from formal clinical studies and help build a broader
understanding of the device's safety, tolerability and potential clinical benefits in everyday patient care.
The OSPREY Registry is the Company's ongoing post-market, multi-centre, prospective observational registry
designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability and clinical outcomes of OncoSil™ treatment in patients with
unresectable LAPC receiving gemcitabine-based chemotherapy.
Nigel Lange, CEO & Managing Director of OncoSil Medical, said:
“The presentation of updated OSPREY Registry results at EANM 2026 marks another important advancement
in building real-world clinical evidence supporting OncoSil™ in the treatment of unresectable locally advanced
pancreatic cancer.
The expanded dataset of 88 patients across 19 European centres continues to demonstrate a favourable safety
profile and encouraging local disease control. Particularly promising is that ten patients subsequently
underwent surgical resection with curative intent, including eight achieving R0 margins.
These results reinforce the potential role of OncoSil™ within a multidisciplinary treatment approach and reflect
growing international clinical interest in this targeted therapy. We look forward to reporting further outcomes
as the OSPREY Registry continues to mature.”
Updated OSPREY registry results
The updated analysis included 88 patients referred for OncoSil™ implantation across 19 European centres in
Spain, Italy, Greece and Austria, compared with 64 patients included in the earlier abstract (see ASX
announcement dated 30 September 2026).
The expanded dataset provides further insight into the safety and clinical outcomes associated with EUS-
guided implantation of phosphorus-32 (P-32) microparticles in combination with systemic chemotherapy.
Safety and tolerability
The updated results continued to demonstrate a favourable safety and tolerability profile.
Adverse device effects were reported in 10 of 88 patients (11.4%), comprising nine cases of Grade 1 abdominal
pain (10.2%) and one case of Grade 2 asthenia/fatigue (1.1%).
Importantly, no Grade 3 or higher adverse device effects or serious adverse device effects were reported. All
reported adverse device effects were transient, managed conservatively and resolved without clinical
sequelae.
Local disease control and tumour response
The updated analysis demonstrated encouraging local disease control at 12 weeks following OncoSil™
implantation across different treatment groups.

Among patients receiving first-line chemotherapy, local disease control was achieved in:
• 88.6% (31/35) of evaluable patients implanted within four months of starting chemotherapy;
• 100% (26/26) of evaluable patients implanted between four and twelve months after starting
chemotherapy; and
• 100% (2/2) of evaluable patients implanted more than twelve months after starting chemotherapy.
Among patients receiving second-line chemotherapy and implanted within four months of starting treatment,
local disease control was achieved in 86.7% (13/15) of evaluable patients. These findings provide further
evidence of local disease control in patients treated with OncoSil™ alongside chemotherapy in routine clinical
practice.
Surgical resection outcomes
A particularly encouraging finding from the updated OSPREY Registry analysis was that ten patients
subsequently underwent surgical resection with curative intent following treatment with OncoSil™. Of these
patients, eight achieved R0 resections, indicating that no residual tumour was identified at the surgical
margins. Nine of the ten resections occurred in patients receiving first-line chemotherapy, with one additional
resection in a patient receiving second-line chemotherapy. These observations suggest that treatment
incorporating OncoSil™ may contribute to downstaging and potentially enable surgical intervention in a
proportion of patients initially considered to have unresectable disease.
Progression and survival
The updated presentation also included additional information on disease progression and survival outcomes,
providing further insight into the clinical experience of patients treated with OncoSil™ across participating
European centres. Median overall survival, measured from commencement of the relevant chemotherapy line,
was 19.8 months (95% Confidence Interval (CI) 16.6-21.9) for patients receiving first-line chemotherapy who
underwent OncoSil™ implantation within four months of starting treatment, and 25.1 months (95% CI 16.8-
29.8) for those implanted between four and twelve months after starting first-line chemotherapy.

For patients receiving second-line chemotherapy and implanted within four months of starting that treatment
line, median overall survival was 16.4 months (95% CI 8.4 – not evaluable (NE)).
The OSPREY Registry remains ongoing, with patient recruitment and follow-up continuing.
Growing clinical evidence supporting OncoSil™
The updated OSPREY Registry findings presented at EANM 2026 represent a further contribution to the
growing body of real-world clinical evidence supporting the use of OncoSil™ in the treatment of unresectable
locally advanced pancreatic cancer.
The expansion of the registry dataset from 64 to 88 patients provides additional observations across multiple
European treatment centres, with encouraging findings relating to safety, local disease control and subsequent
surgical resection.
Together with the additional clinical and imaging research presented at EANM 2026, these findings contribute
to increasing scientific understanding of targeted P-32 microparticle therapy and its potential role within
multidisciplinary pancreatic cancer treatment.
The Company looks forward to further data from the ongoing OSPREY Registry as patient recruitment and
follow-up continue.

About OncoSil Medical
OncoSil Medical (ASX) is a global medical device company focused on Interventional Oncology, with a mission to improve outcomes for
people living with pancreatic cancer. The company has developed OncoSil™, a single-use brachytherapy (internal radiation) device that
delivers a pre-determined dose of beta radiation directly into cancerous tissue using targeted intratumoural placement of
Phosphorous-32 (³²P) Microparticles. Its targeted approach enables a greater radiation dose to be delivered directly to the tumour
while limiting exposure to surrounding critical organs.
In the United States, OncoSil™ is indicated for the treatment of patients with distal cholangiocarcinoma (dCCA) that is both unresectable
(locally advanced and/or unfit for surgery) and non-metastatic, as an adjunct to systemic therapy. In markets outside the United States
where OncoSil™ has received regulatory approval, OncoSil™ is indicated for the treatment of patients with unresectable locally
advanced pancreatic cancer, in addition to gemcitabine-based chemotherapy.

Pancreatic cancer is the 12th most common cancer in men and the 11th most common cancer in women across the globe, with 500,000
new cases detected every year1. Since pancreatic cancer is generally diagnosed at a later stage, it has a poor prognosis for long-term
survival. Distal cholangiocarcinoma (dCCA) is a rare form of bile duct cancer. It is often diagnosed at an advanced stage, when surgical
treatment may no longer be possible, and is associated with a poor prognosis.
OncoSil™ has received CE Marking approval, providing marketing authorisation in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
OncoSil™ has also received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under a Humanitarian Device Exemption (HDE)
for the treatment of patients with unresectable, non-metastatic distal cholangiocarcinoma (dCCA), as an adjunct to systemic therapy.
OncoSil™ has been designated as a Breakthrough Device in Europe and the United States. It is currently approved for sale in 30+
countries, including the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye and Israel, with commercial
treatments using the device already undertaken in Spain, Italy, Austria, Germany, Greece, Türkiye, Portugal, Israel and the UK.
